Return Policy:
The Navanis values your business and we hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for some reason you would like to return merchandise, please call customer service at
1-866-455-7555 or email at help@thenavanis.com. All returns have to be made within 30 days of receipt. Please inform reason for return. The customer is responsible for shipping fee and will not be credited shipping charges. The customer may call 1-866-455-7555 to schedule a pick up. U.P.S. pick up tag will be mailed in 3-5 days . Customer is responsible to drop package to the nearest U.P.S Store.
In case of oversized item returns, Customer is responsible for carrier charges.
Credit will be applied after receipt of merchandise in original condition. Credit will not be applied if merchandise is damaged. To receive replacement or refund, please follow Claim instructions.
